Good news!

Surgery is over and we got a good report from Dr. Swanson.  Tom tolerated the procedure well and all testing (EKG, cardiac output, blood pressure) looks normal at this point.  He's just being taken to his cardiac ICU room at the moment and will spend the rest of the day waking up.  It's the best news we could possibly hope for!

Tomorrow may be a kind of a rough day for Tom pain wise, so if any well wishers want to come by, Saturday or Sunday might be a better day to come and visit.  

Thank you for all your well wishes and prayers.  They are definitely an encouragement to all of us.  Keep praying for a speedy and seamless recovery, and we'll keep you posted.
